Fully agree with this article. I failed in the past as Scrum Master cause I haven't enough maturity in soft skills. Do I get everything now? Maybe not

For me the big question is in which place do we get this kind of skills or abilities? Sharing with the community, discussing, speaking with different roles, seeing videos, reading books. It's a never ending story.

It's a career path that you need to discover!
